Superclub rules: Scouting (Off-season)

In this video, Roger explains the third step of the off-season: Scouting. Managers must find new players to sign for their team by drawing player cards from their chosen continent and deciding whether to buy them at the discounted scouting price or not. The number of players that can be scouted depends on the level of the scouting department, and managers can even sell their own players to the bank or other managers if they need to.
